Context

As part of the definition and implementation of its security policy, the client asked VONA for support in project management assistance. The objective was to develop a solid framework to secure all of its agencies and tertiary sites while making all employees aware of security issues. This support aimed to guarantee the physical security of sites, while integrating prevention and training systems adapted to specific business requirements.
