Structuring and formalizing an eco-responsible approach
VONA is committed to adopting an eco-responsible approach in the management of its site
administrative staff and its teams. In particular, consideration is being given to our purchasing processes.
Raise awareness among employees about environmental issues
VONA cannot reduce its environmental impact without the involvement of its teams. Several awareness-raising sessions on environmental issues are scheduled in order to be able to integrate all employees into VONA's CSR strategy.
Measuring the global impact of our business and our consulting services
VONA has developed a tool for calculating the carbon footprint of its services. These have been communicated to all customers since summer 2022 in order to raise awareness. VONA also measures its overall carbon footprint in order to analyze its environmental cost items and reduce them.

Today women represent only 11% of the workforce in cybersecurity professions. At VONA, 52% of employees are women. VONA is committed to encouraging and promoting women to access positions of responsibility and to implementing a corporate culture that is caring for all.
Integrating diversity into our recruitments
VONA is committed to implementing the necessary resources in order to attract and integrate diverse profiles into its teams. Training courses in the fight against discrimination in employment are already planned.
Raise awareness of digital professions
VONA, through several actions organized by its employees, works to raise awareness
from the youngest to the jobs and risks of digital technology. Thus, each year, several CM2 classes are made aware of the risks induced by digital technology.
